In my Talent Zoo column this month I put forth the idea of sending more email. But not just more junk mail, more quality email. I know some folks think it’s possible to send too much email, but that’s only the case if your subscribers start opting out en masse. The key is to find your list’s tolerance level and dial it back just before hitting that point. Worried about losing folks from your list? If they’re not interested in what you have to say, they’re not worth your time, effort or marketing dollars, so be glad they’ve self-selected themselves off your list.
