With a nod to LL Cool J, my latest Talent Zoo column is a rant about the term “email blasts.” It’s a phrase that needs to be knocked out of common usage. Are you someone who uses this term to refer to your email campaigns? If so, are you willing to abandon it and say “email campaign”? Could you take your program further and segment your audience and send tailored messages? It’s a cultural change I’m challenging others to take for the sake of anyone with an inbox.
