How will we know the email was successful?
There are several answers to that question. I can work with you to determine which performance metric will best suit your needs, as well as perform a post-message analysis to judge its results and recommend next steps for future successes.
- Tracking open rates and click-throughs: I’ll tell you who opened the message and which links were clicked. This can be instrumental in follow-up communications to your customers.
- CAN-SPAM compliance: I can be sure you don’t run afoul of SPAM compliance rules. Unhappy recipients (such as those who never signed up to receive your message in the first place) do not make for a good use of your resources.
- Post-send analysis: I will review what worked and give input into recommended strategies for future emails.
